“All I can truly say to/of Khristen Bryant and Onyx Synergy is a BIG thank you. We, Dental Leadership Academy, are a startup consulting company that works primarily with dental practices/offices. We tried to setup our own social media accounts across multiple platforms. However, the rules for businesses are much different than those of a personal account, and they aren’t clearly defined in the early stages. They seemed to become defined after you’ve run into a problem. So we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. Our social media accounts were disabled.

Fortunately for us, we found Khristen and her company. She was so easy to work with. She understood exactly where we went wrong and knew the actions needed to get us back on course. She was in constant contact to let us know of progress or if she needed additional information. She fixed all the kinks. She worked directly with the different platforms for several days to figure out how to get our accounts re-activated. Or if that wasn’t possible, then she created new accounts for us and eliminated the old accounts. Once she re-established them, she explained the rules to ensure we didn’t run into similar problems in the future.

To simply say “Thank You!” to Khristen/Onyx Synergy seems insufficient. In this day and age, a business has to have a presence on social media. And to be unable to do so was a huge blow to our company. But to have found someone with Khristen’s expertise was an absolute blessing. She relieved A LOT of stress and tense within our company. We now are once again functioning on multiple social media platforms like we envisioned and are moving full steam ahead. So no, a thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!!!”
